If you have a slow internet connection or have problems downloading large files, download the small download-helper file (200K) associated with the software you wish to download. The download-helper file does not give up easily on problem Internet connections and will resume a broken download from where it left off.

*For Windows 95/98 users only. Jukebox and Gilly require Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) to be installed on your PC. XP users don't need to worry about this. MDAC is generally installed with Microsoft Access and other databaes programs. Jukebox and Gilly installation will determine if mdac is installed on your PC. If not, download MDAC and place the file in the same directory as you unpacked the installtion files. When you run Setup.exe to install Jukebox or Gilly, select the option to install data access components.
